Published as received, under our press-release rules.* **North Florida, USA —** USA Big Mountain, a US manufacturer of absorbent products for adult incontinence, announces the opening of a new, significantly larger production facility in North Florida. The site will replace the company's current premises and is designed to support the next stage of its growth in the American market. **Eight lines at the start of 2027.** The first phase brings eight production lines into service in early 2027: three for adult briefs (tab-style), two for protective underwear (pull-on) and three for underpads. Later in 2027 the company plans to add lines for bladder control pads and a further brief line, bringing the site to between nine and twelve machines. **Space for logistics and materials.** The larger footprint allows USA Big Mountain to hold a deeper inventory of raw materials — fluff pulp, superabsorbent polymer, non-wovens and films — next to its lines, shortening lead times and reducing exposure to supply disruptions. It also gives the company the warehouse capacity to act as a third-party logistics provider (3PL) for brands, storing and shipping finished goods from Florida to customers across North America. **Private label.** With the new capacity, USA Big Mountain will offer private-label manufacturing to distributors, retailers and healthcare groups looking for US-made adult incontinence products, in addition to its existing contracts. **About USA Big Mountain.** USA Big Mountain manufactures absorbent products for adult incontinence in the United States.
